Hello all...
This is the continuation of our beautiful series mobile phone hazards that can happen at home.
Today we are gonna be talking about THE SMART PHONE BLINDNESS!

This is not as horrible as it sounds though but it is a major issue.

Now, most people suffer from this. This is a temporary situation in which one of your eye can't see clearly due to focusing it on your phone screen for steady long hours.
It's induced when you use one eye to view your mobile phone screen for an overly long period of time.

A lot of people suffer this because they are ADDiCTED to operating the mobile phone maybe at night or during the day for a very seriously long time.

To avoid this, please let's make sure we use our mobile phones the proper way by operating it on the  moderate screen bright and a minimal amount of time(at most 2hours at a stretch).
